Pinnacle Orthodontics straightens smiles for children, teens and adults from two offices, one in Rogers and one in Joplin. Treatment starts with an exam and a plain conversation about what you want changed and what getting there actually involves.
Dr. Jamie Signorino is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and one of only two ABO certified orthodontists in Northwest Arkansas. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1995 and her Masters of Science in Orthodontics in 1997, both at Case Western Reserve University.
Our treatment coordinators handle scheduling and financial arrangements, so appointments at either office work around school and work rather than against them.

Jamie Signorino DDS, MSD
Dr. Signorino is 1 of 2 ABO Certified Orthodontists in NWA. Dr. Signorino is a native of southern California. Born in Orange County and raised in Los Angeles, she attended UCLA and graduated in 1990 with a double major in psychology and biology. She then moved to Cleveland, Ohio where she and 49 other students were selected from over 1,000 applicants to attend the private Case Western Reserve University’s (CWRU) School of Dentistry.
